This series is compiled for foreign students of long-term training programs in China. It has 13 textbooks in 26 volumes. Each book is prepared for the instruction of one term. There are 6 listening books with a teacher's book for each of them. Except reading and writing books, which have only two levels, intermediate and advanced, the rest of them are all divided into 3 levels, elementary, the entry level for students without any Chinese learning experience, intermediate and advanced. The series meets the needs of different core courses, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, at all levels. In addition, the textbooks at intermediate and advanced levels can also be used for undergraduate students majoring in Chinese.
